Our Half Leg ham`s are 100% Aussie Pork. It will take us over 5 days to create your Ham & over 12 hours of smoking using Australian hard woods in our in store smoke house. Using a recipe which we have been perfecting of many years now. They are must on every Christmas table. You can even head instore and try our ham before you buy or request a sample in the comment section with your next online order. 

5kg Ham will serve 15 to 20 People (This is if its the only meat being served)

Our Hams are ready to eat but you can Bake them as well to create your own special flavour  its your choice.
