Back in 1963, when the butchery first started, our service was based on a friendly smile, sharing stories and getting to know you. Serving you the finest cuts we could source.

The world has changed a lot since then. But not our service to you. It's what we believe in, and how we would want to be treated too.

Rob Owen

Rob Owen is the owner/operator, and he has over 30 years experience in the meat industry. Rob is qualified in small-goods manufacturing, is passionate about creating quality products and shares his knowledge with our customers and his team to create memorable meals for their families and friends.

Claudine Owen

Wife of Rob, Claudine has a passion for cooking and sharing her special family recipes. Also, her tips make your dish special because as a mother of two, she can help you with quick meals for your family. Claudine also looks after all of our administration and accounting work.

Wade Fullford

Wade has over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has a passion for creating new and quality products with great service, all while he is learning the inner workings of The Butchery on Brunker.

Jason Buchanan

Jason has over 15 years of experience in the industry. His passion for customer service is why he works in front of house. Jason loves sharing his knowledge to help you create something special.

Graham Brickell

Graham has over 45 years of experience in the industry. He has worked in many local butchers and even owned his own business, providing a wealth of knowledge on the industry and the product. He is happy to prepare that special cut for you.

Pat Condon

Pat has over 40 years of experience in the industry and has worked in many local butchers. He joined our team with a wealth knowledge on the industry and smallgoods. Having recently joined our team, he is often out and about on deliveries or is in the shop.
